Thanks for telling me what you need. These are the prompts I'd give a friend who asked "what should I actually use AI for?"
How to use them: copy a prompt, paste it into Claude (or ChatGPT), and replace everything in [brackets] with your details. The more specific you are, the better the answer. Bookmark this page.
๐ธ Make money with AI
Find an idea that fits you, test it fast, price it right.
1. Find 10 ideas that fit you
I want to start earning extra money with AI. About me: skills [skills], interests [interests], time I can give [hours per week], budget [amount], country [country]. Give me 10 realistic ways to earn my first $500 a month that fit me. For each: what I'd sell, who pays for it, how I'd find the first 3 customers, and how long until the first payment. Rank them from fastest to slowest. No dropshipping or crypto.
2. Test an idea before you build anything
My idea: [idea]. Act as a sceptical investor. Tell me the 5 biggest reasons this could fail, then design a 7-day test that costs under $50 and tells me if real people will pay. Include exactly what to post or send, to whom, and what result counts as "yes, keep going".
3. Price it
I sell [product or service] to [type of customer]. Competitors charge [prices, if you know them]. Suggest 3 pricing options (budget, standard, premium) with what's included in each, the price, and which one most buyers will pick and why. Then write the one sentence I should use to explain the price.
4. Turn what you know into a product
I'm good at [skill or topic]. Interview me with 10 questions, one at a time, to find what I know that others would pay for. After my answers, suggest 3 small digital products (guide, template, mini-course) I could make in one weekend, with a title, what's inside, and the price.
๐ค Get more clients
Know who to target, what to say, and how to follow up.
5. Find your ideal client
I sell [service] in [city or online]. My best customers so far: [describe 2โ3]. Describe my ideal client in detail: who they are, what they're struggling with, what they've already tried, the words they use for their problem, and where they spend time online. Then list 10 places I can find them this week.
6. Write an outreach message people answer
Write a short first message (under 80 words) to [type of person] offering [service]. Start with something specific about them, not about me. One clear benefit, one easy question at the end, no hard sell. Give me 3 versions: email, Instagram DM and LinkedIn.
Tip: paste their website or profile text in too, and ask Claude to personalise it.
7. Follow up without being annoying
I sent this message [paste message] [number] days ago and got no reply. Write 3 short follow-ups to send over the next 2 weeks. Each one adds something new (a tip, a small example, a question) instead of "just checking in".
8. Answer "it's too expensive"
A potential client said: "[their objection]". My offer: [offer and price]. Give me 3 calm, honest replies: one that reframes the value, one that offers a smaller first step, and one that finds out what's really holding them back. Keep each under 60 words.
โ๏ธ Save time at work
Hand Claude the repetitive stuff.
9. Find what to automate first
Here's what my typical work week looks like: [list your tasks and roughly how long each takes]. Find the 5 tasks AI could do or speed up the most. For each: how much time I'd save, which AI tool to use, and the exact first step to set it up today.
10. Clear your inbox in 10 minutes
Here are emails I need to answer: [paste them]. For each one: a one-line summary, how urgent it is (now / this week / ignore), and a short reply draft in my tone, which is [friendly / formal / direct]. Put the urgent ones first.
11. Turn a messy meeting into actions
Here are my notes or the transcript from a meeting: [paste]. Give me: the 3 decisions made, every action item with who owns it and the deadline, open questions, and a short follow-up email I can send to everyone.
12. Write the process down once
I'm going to explain how I do [task] in my own messy words: [explain]. Turn it into a clear step-by-step checklist someone new could follow without asking me anything. Add the common mistakes and how to avoid them.
๐ ๏ธ Build tools without coding
Claude writes the code. You describe what you want.
13. Plan your app before building
I want a simple app or tool that [what it should do] for [who uses it]. Before writing any code, ask me up to 7 questions to understand exactly what I need. Then write a one-page plan: screens, what each button does, and what data it saves.
14. Build a working page in one go
Build a single HTML page I can open in my browser: [describe it, e.g. a price calculator for my cleaning business where customers pick rooms and extras and see the total]. Clean, modern design, works on phones. Put everything in one file.
In Claude, it shows up next to the chat so you can try it right away. Ask for changes in plain English.
15. Turn a spreadsheet into a tool
Here's what my spreadsheet tracks: [columns and a few example rows]. Build me a simple dashboard page from this: the 4 numbers I should look at every week, a chart of the trend, and a warning when something looks off.
16. Fix it when it breaks
This isn't working. What I expected: [expected]. What happens instead: [what happens]. Error message (if any): [paste]. Explain what's wrong in plain English, then give me the fixed version in full, not just the changed lines.
๐ฌ Create content faster
Ideas, scripts and posts in your voice.
17. Teach Claude your voice
Here are 3 things I've written that sound like me: [paste]. Describe my writing style in 8 bullet points (tone, sentence length, words I use, words I'd never use). From now on in this chat, write everything in this style.
18. A month of ideas in 2 minutes
I make content about [topic] for [audience]. Give me 30 post ideas: 10 that teach something, 10 that tell a story or share an opinion, 10 that show results or behind the scenes. For each, a scroll-stopping first line.
19. Turn one idea into 5 posts
Here's one idea or long piece of content: [paste]. Turn it into: a 30-second video script, an Instagram carousel (slide by slide), a LinkedIn post, a short email to my list, and 3 tweets. Keep my voice.
20. Make your hook stronger
Here's the opening of my video or post: "[your hook]". Give me 10 stronger versions using different angles: a bold claim, a question, a mistake, a number, a surprising result. Mark the 2 you'd use and why.
๐ Career and learning
Learn faster and get the job, raise or promotion.
21. Learn anything in a week
I want to learn [skill] well enough to [goal] in 7 days, with [time] a day. Build me a day-by-day plan: what to learn, one practice task per day, and a quick test at the end of each day. Start with the 20% that gives 80% of the results.
22. Make your CV stand out
Here's my CV: [paste]. Here's the job I want: [paste the job post]. Rewrite my CV for this exact role: match their keywords, turn my duties into results with numbers, and cut anything irrelevant. Then tell me the 3 questions they'll most likely ask and how to answer them.
23. Ask for a raise
I want to ask for a raise. My role: [role]. What I've achieved in the last year: [list]. My current pay and what I want: [numbers]. Help me prepare: the case in 5 bullet points, the opening sentence, and calm replies to the 3 most likely pushbacks.
24. Get a second opinion on a big decision
I'm deciding between [option A] and [option B]. What matters most to me: [priorities]. Ask me 5 questions first. Then lay out the real trade-offs, what I might be ignoring, and which you'd choose in my position and why. Be honest, not polite.
Want me to show you more like this? I post a new AI tool or prompt almost every day on Instagram, and every guide from my reels is free in my library.
