Open a fresh chat and paste:

Lay out every single thing you have stored about me as one complete list, and do not summarize anything.

See what it figured out on its own

Stay in the same chat and paste:

Paste into Claude
Now tell me everything you have figured out about me that I never explicitly said, and exactly what tipped you off.
This is the one that surprises most people.

Delete what you don't want

Profile (bottom left) → Settings → Personalization → Memory → Manage memories. Delete anything you want gone.

Lock it down

Settings → Data Controls → turn off "Improve the model for everyone".
